Lebanon: Hezbollah Response the Previous Bombings of Israel

While health authorities reported that at least 3,823 people were killed and 15,859 injured since the start of the Israeli aggression against the Lebanese nation on 8 October 2023.
Lebanese authorities reported on Tuesday that the resistance is repelling Israeli attacks in areas of the southern suburb of Beirut, specifically in Choueifat al-Amrousiya, near Hermel and in the city of Baalbek.

The Hizbollah resistance forces also stated that they attacked the Maalot-Tarshiha settlement with a barrage of missiles, in addition to the suicide bomber drone squadron and a concentration of Israeli army soldiers in the Kiryat Shmona settlement.

The representative of the Resistance Loyalist Bloc in Parliament, Hassan Fadlallah, stated that after learning of the 60-day ceasefire agreement between Israel and Lebanon, the occupying nation could not impose its political conditions on the resistance.
“All the Israeli targets fell on the gates of Khiam, Kafr Kila and other villages in southern Lebanon,” said the leader.
“None of the Israeli objectives were achieved except for destruction, slaughter and an attempt to sow chaos among the people tonight,” Hassan Fadlallah stressed.
The parliamentarian also warned about the danger of the context and said that “we are going through a dangerous and delicate night; but the Israeli occupation will not achieve its objectives”.
Regarding the ceasefire of aggression by Israel, he said that “we are not talking about exaggerations, but rather firm people who forced the Israeli enemy to reach a ceasefire”.
In this regard, he said that the resistance forces are concentrated on the military infrastructure of the Israeli occupation army and their actions are implemented from the south of the Litani area.
“The enemy may be able to sow fear in the hearts of civilians; but the decision of the resistance leaders is clear to face up to the last moments,” stressed the parliamentarian.
“The day after the war, the people of the south, the Bekaa, the southern suburb of Beirut and every honourable citizen will raise the flag of resistance and liberation,” said Hassan Fadlallah.
